Individual Counseling
Individual counseling is a one-on-one therapeutic process where a trained mental health professional (such as a psychologist, counselor, or clinical social worker) works with a client to explore their thoughts, feelings, behaviors, and concerns. The goal is to help the individual better understand themselves, cope with challenges, make decisions, and improve their overall well-being.

Couple Counseling
Couple counseling, also known as couples therapy or marriage counseling, is a type of therapy where a trained therapist works with two people in a romantic relationship to help them resolve issues, improve communication, and strengthen their connection. The goal of couple counseling is to help partners understand each other's feelings, behaviors, and needs in order to build a healthier, more fulfilling relationship.

Family Counseling
Family counseling focuses on improving communication and resolving conflicts within a family unit. It considers the family as a system, where each member's behavior affects the others. It can include griefing counseling, improving parenting effectiveness, and navigating life transitions such as job loss, relocating, and divorce.

Senior Support
Counseling and support for seniors includes creating a safe and trusting environment where aging individuals feel heard, understood, and supported through their transition into the nursing home and the challenges that come with aging. It’s about addressing their emotional needs, improving their mental health, and fostering a sense of connection and purpose.
